com Responsibilities Develop, implement, and conduct comprehensive forklift training programs for employees, ensuring safe operating procedures and regulatory compliance.
Oversee the certification process for forklift operators, ensuring all employees meet the necessary requirements to operate forklifts safely and legally.
Monitor and ensure adherence to OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance.
Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other related equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
Identify potential hazards in the workplace related to forklift operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Maintain detailed records of training programs, certifications, inspections, incident reports, and policy updates, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation.
Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety, providing guidance and feedback on forklift-related safety issues.
Assist managers, supervisors & operators with problems and respond to inquiries as needed.
Prepare the report to the management.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications OSHA Forklift Certificate Train the Trainer for Forklift Certification Safety training Certification Experience in long forklift Salary Range:
