Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Order Support Team Member.
This full-time position primarily focuses on providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with shipping and inventory management tasks as needed.
Key
Responsibilities:
Handle email and web-based customer support inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage incoming customer service phone calls, including taking orders, addressing questions and complaints, and handling billing inquiries.
Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers.
Assist with sales and maintenance of our retail will call showroom.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Aid in processing orders, including picking, packing, and shipping items.
Receive shipments and assist with inventory management as required (secondary to primary customer service duties).
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail and Standard Windows Applications.
Enthusiastic about interacting with customers and providing exceptional service.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple tasks.
Strong office, phone, and computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must pass a background check.
No aviation experience is necessary.
