Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities Include:
Provides support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community Oversees the health and safety of all individuals at all times Reports any changes in health or behavioral status immediately Implements training, therapy and behavior programs and data collection required by the individuals' plans Assists with ensuring that the home or program offers choice, and creative activities within a positive and innovative environment Performs all duties in compliance with state and federal guidelines, agency directives, licensing standards, and policies Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Required
Qualifications:
Must successfully complete the mandatory Background Check and Drug Screening Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds as determined by Physical Exam Must possess good oral and written skills Must be at least 18 years old Benefits Benefits are available to those that qualify:
