Job Description:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times working to establish loyalty from customers due to our high-level service.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries/phone calls by scheduling appointments, yearly membership renewals, answer to lead generation sources Obtain customer feedback through follow up calls after service has been provided.
Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
Inbound and Outbound calling to maintain a full schedule by Communicating with customers through various channels and entering information into a customer management system.
Audit accounts and memberships regularly for payments and appointment availability.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and direct customer appropriately.
Keeping detailed notations and records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and questions.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Capable of handling tasks with details and accuracy.
Dispatch work orders to field experts and monitor field schedules Respond to field technician work orders as needed.
Job Requirements:
Having trouble with the systems in a home is frustrating and emergent.
We look for customer service experts with a commitment to customer service who understand how important customers' comfort is.
High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience - home service industry -heating, air, plumbing, electrical.
A voice for radio not required, but a pleasant and professional phone voice with great verbal skills is a must! Ability to work nights and weekends as per scheduled hours/rotating on call.
Excellent customer service skills Ability to multi-task and stay organized Basic computer literacy Intermediate typing skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! Compensation:
