This position will assist the operations manager in the daily oversight of ongoing construction projects.
Featured Renovations is a turnkey residential renovation company for investors and institutional real estate owners.

Construction Field Assistants are responsible for assisting with monitoring the progress and completion of residential renovation projects.
Responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, communicating with crews and clients, taking pictures, running tasks, delivering materials, changing locks and installing lockboxes, filing paperwork, etc.
Flexibility in doing whatever it takes to meet the company's objectives is key for this position.
Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Must have a valid driver's license and a clean drivers record Complete a background and motor vehicle check We are a Georgia Drug Free Workplace - You MUST be able to pass a new hire drug screening Ability to communicate in English and carry out written or oral instructions.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required Ability to stand, walk and drive for extended periods of time Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Must have a smart phone and be technologically proficient Have general knowledge of single family remodeling and project management skills Benefits Offered:
