com Responsibilities Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and safety.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
Develop and implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
Serve as a key collaborative figure with strong interpersonal skills to follow up on customer's needs.
Cultivate a strong customer focus, set goals, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Enhance data analytics capabilities and drive goals in support of operations cost and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Support execution of daily operational activities across multiple sites and shifts.
Analyze data and create regular reports to guide decision making and continuous improvement.
