50 an hour Duties - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation - Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements - Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role - Knowledge of floor care techniques, cleaning products, and equipment - Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards and practices - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Good communication and interpersonal skills Note:
