Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets - Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget - Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Utilize sales software to track customer interactions and manage leads - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and competitive offerings - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred - Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales - Proficient in using sales software or CRM systems - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of new and used vehicles at our dealership.
