LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing an excellent guest experience throughout Food & Beverage, Operations, and Facilities.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain premium guest experience.
Act as main contact regarding any issues or concerns, both before, during, and after any events that are scheduled.
Attends appropriate department planning, organization, and service meetings in support of the Guest Experience Team.
Support pre and post event needs such as set up and breakdown of events, general maintenance repairs, preventative maintenance actions (field/court grooming or cleaning), etc.
Support kitchen and kiosk operation to ensure proper cleanliness, food handling and management, guest service, speed of service, etc.
Act as main contact regarding onboarding team members for orientation, training, on-job training, and performance tracking.
Analyze team member performance and assist in implementing plans, procedures, and strategies to further team member development.
Responsible for the supervision of opening/closing procedures.
Reporting of daily operations, incidents, accidents, and occurrences of damage.
Work alongside the company's mission, vision statement, purpose statement, and values.
Analyze process workflow, team member and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
Ensure that company policies are enforced.
Participate in company safety initiatives and develop robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.
Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License.
Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.
Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skills Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple initiatives.
Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values.
Education:
Sports Management Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Leadership experience (Preferred) Work Environment:
Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings.
Most work takes place in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time.
Employee may operate a variety of small and medium equipment on a regular basis.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
