What You'll Do:
Maintain staff by orienting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing & enforcing systems, policies, and procedures Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations Complete operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures Control expenses, participates in submitting cost savings ideas, budget information; monitors expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions Provide quality service by enforcing quality, customer service standards, participate in submitting quality improvements Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing procedures, specifications, MI's, and Field manuals Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring the work process Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision Organize workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks Monitor employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Conduct annual reviews for staff performance Develop and recommend improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, through near miss reporting, quality, and efficiency Track Budget Expenses, Supervision, Quality Management, Safety Management, Delegation, Performance Management, Organization, Foster Teamwork, Self-Development, Giving Feedback Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role Input data in KRONOS, TRACS, MS OFFICE and EXCEL and Development skills in additional Computer programs, preferred Develop proposals and quotes for part orders, repairs, and specialty items.
Refer to bills of materials, damage assessments, blueprints, previous estimates, contracts, assembly drawings or hand drawn sketches to determine the basis for estimates Coordinate and closely communicate with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, sales, and customer service representatives May work directly with customers regarding repairs at plant sites.
BRC estimating, creating invoices, communication with and customer approval responsibilities Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines What You'll Need:
High School diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred 3-5 years Supervision experience preferred Experience with interpreting and enforcing company policies and legal guidelines of the field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Must be self-managed and have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams EOE Job Type:
