9K a year SUMMARY The FQC Operator maintains high quality standards by reviewing final assembly products before delivering to our customer.
The FQC operator works as an in-line quality inspector to ensure top tier products by verifying all quality aspects of the module.
RESPONSIBILITIES Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting visual tests Rejecting products that fail to meet established quality standards Ensure the line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands Documents inspection results for final product grading Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects Help other operators during break time Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of manufacturing process Must be detail oriented and able to analyze information on computer monitor for 12 hours PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift 50 pounds without restriction Ability to stand and be on your feet for up to 12 hours Ability to do a day shift or a night shift without restriction Ability to work weekends Hanwha Q CELLS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
