We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for guest services and hospitality management, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in phone systems and front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently - Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly - Assist with night audit procedures as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting - Familiarity with hotel management software systems - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (Bilingual) - Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations - Experience with night audit procedures is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
