As a Call Center Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of call center representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate a team of call center representatives to achieve performance targets - Monitor call ques for abandonment rate and answer calls as needed - Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of customer issues - Analyze call center data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement - Manage scheduling and staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in a call center environment, preferably in a leadership role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Proven ability to manage and negotiate with customers or clients - Sales experience is highly desirable - Exceptional customer service skills Job Type:
