As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with our team of professionals.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is a plus Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is welcome Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient attitude Willingness to learn and grow in the field
Responsibilities:
Receive comprehensive training to effectively implement behavior intervention plans Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to individuals Document and track client progress and behavior Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care Participate in continuous professional development opportunities Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
