Responsibilities:
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and load them into the dishwasher.
Wash pots and pans either by hand or using the dishwasher.
Dispose of trash and garbage in the designated dumpster area.
Clean work area tables, walls, refrigerator equipment, cooking equipment, and floors.
Ensure guest tables and areas are cleaned according to sanitation and housekeeping standards.
May assist with some Prep Cook duties as trained and assigned.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write.
Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours and carry objects.
