Software Training Specialist

This position will work both independently and as part of a team to successfully train and support new and existing customers on TruckMaster's EnVision Software. The individual will coordinate activities with sales department and the customers in which they are engaged. They will collaborate with team members to ensure projects meet the customer objectives and achieve projected targets for: timeline, budget and overall customer satisfaction. They will represent TruckMaster in a professional manner in person and through communications to our customers. They will complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience in training and/or implementation of software systems, preferable in a Transportation or Logistics environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills that include the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
Must be results oriented, able to evaluate processes, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
Ability to demonstrate supportive relationships with peers, customers, partners, and corporate executives.
Must be flexible with a can do attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations.
Ability to retain and protect confidential material.
Sufficient Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to complete work assigned.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for training new customers on how to set up and use our software system.
Works closely with sales department to develop training plan and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assists customers in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
Conducts assessments of system use and processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
Maintain knowledge of new version updates and additional functionality.
Understands release changes and develops programs to assist customers with capitalizing on new functionality and changing processes.
Professionally represents TruckMaster at all time.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel: 40-60% Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
